In order to maintain fairness of information disclosure, the Company has adopted the policy of closed (silent) periods. As a rule Asseco Poland will not engage in any talks or organize any meetings with financial analysts and investors during two-week periods prior to the publication of its financial results. We believe that by applying the closed period policy our Company will become more transparent and our investors will receive equal access to information.
